How do I add a place or attraction to the Trip Planner?
Trip.Expert's planner allows you to easily and immediately add any place to your itinerary with the Add button on the top of the planner's panel. You may choose to search for the exact address or click on the map at any place, sightseeing, or attraction. Indoor, outdoor, sea or land, private address, or public area, the Trip Planner grants you maximum flexibility.
Where do I add content to an attraction?
On the Trip Planner, when you chose an attraction or edit an item, you may add a description and necessary information in your own words, at the Note tab. The description will be shown on the itinerary together with all the attached details, such as a picture, contact info, and opening hours.
What information do you provide on touristic locations?
We help travel experts and travellers to stay up to date by providing access to a wide range of details as operational status, address, contact info, rating, and opening hours. A powerful and effective itinerary starts by knowing all the accurate information in advance or in real-time in case of last-minute planning.
Is it possible to re-order items in the planner or switch entire planning days?
Of Course. Drag and drop to re-order items on the same day or between days. You may also edit sights and change the date on the calendar. If you wish to switch the entire day of planning, you can open the menu at the bottom of the planner's panel and switch days with ease.
Can I change Street View's Point of View (POV)?
Absolutely. Click on Street View at the top of the planner's panel and enter to edit mode on the sight you wish to change its view. Then, find the compass icon on the left side, and rotate the view as you please. Use the Update Street View POV to keep your changes, and then save.
Can you help with navigation?
Sure you can, in much more than one way. With our Trip Planner, you can navigate via multiple options - Walking, Driving, Public transport, and even Cycling. On the Trip Planner, click on the best navigation mode for you at the bottom of the panel. Then, click on Directions at the top of the panel to receive a perfect planned route. Our system works in full coordination With Google Maps and the itinerary provides direction along the entire route.
How do I add a note?
You can add a note just by clicking the + Add note at the itinerary for each day or at the back office for the overview, safety, weather, and attachments tabs.
How do I add an attachment?
On the selected itinerary, go to the attachments section at the back office, then click on + Add an attachment.
You may add images (png, jpg, gif), video clips from YouTube, and PDF documents.
To easily do so there are two simple steps:
Step 1 - Save the File or Clip Title
Click on + Add an attachment to open the attachment window. Choose a title to your file or clip and then click on Save.
Step 2 - Upload
After saving the title, the attachment window presents you with the option to upload a file or YouTube clip.
File upload - choose the option of file upload when you wish to add a picture or a PDF document to your itinerary. Click on the upload file button and upload the file you wish to add.
Video upload - use the video upload option to enrich your itinerary with media fro YouTube.
On YouTube, click the Share button and copy the provided link of the clip you wish to upload and then simply paste it to the upload window.
Where can I add a new itinerary and duplicate itinerary templates?
In the Back Office you can conveniently and quickly generate a brand new itinerary or duplicate any of your own itineraries.
Where can I change my itinerary dates?
Edit the desired itinerary and change the dates at the overview tab.
Where can I add details about myself and my expertise?
At the Settings. Open the main menu on the left side of the website and click on Settings.
There you may add information about yourself, your expertise, contact info, destinations you specialize in, pictures, and more.
It is recommended to complete your profile to increase your chances to be found by travellers.

At any given itinerary you plan, you can find a Safety tab, which provides automatic information and comprehensive statistics about Covid-19 spread at a specific destination.
Safety Notes
In the safety tab, you may also add notes concerning general safety as risky areas, pickpockets, or tourist traps. You may also add information on coronavirus restrictions, local health recommendations, links to the country's health ministry and etc'.
Marking Stay-Away Areas on the Map
On the trip planner, if you choose a place but not associate it with a specific day, you may create a location-based note. This note which will appear as a yellow marker on the map and can be used to issue location-based safety warnings about restricted or dangerous areas that travellers should avoid.
Update Anywhere and Anytime
Travel experts can comfortably and instantly change the itinerary even if their travellers are on the other side of the world. The Trip Planner allows travel experts to respond quickly in real-time and change route with any sight of a potential problem.
