We are Audrey and Mathieu, and we rent our charming 100sq apartment in Paris for short and long-term rentals. As avid travelers, we know how important it is to feel at home away from home. Therefore we have designed a dreamy apartment that is equipped with everything that you will possibly need.
The apartment is located in the 9th arrondissement within walking distance from Galeries Lafayette, Palais Garnier, Madeleine Church, Place de la Concorde, and many other attractions. Since it is very central, the area is very safe even at night, yet it is calm and quiet.
The metro is minutes away and can take you to all the iconic monuments and landmarks of Paris. There is a grocery store right next to the apartment, a nearby pharmacy and the entire area is brimming with fantastic shopping and dining opportunities.
The apartment is bright, spacious, elegant, and fully renovated. It is ideal if you wish to live for a while like a real Parisian. It includes a large living room with a sofa bed and cable TV. There are two capacious bedrooms with double beds and a well-equipped kitchen with a microwave, fridge, hob, dishwasher, and a coffee maker.
At the apartment, you can also find a workspace with a laptop, and Wi-Fi is also available. There is a laundry machine, bathtub and a shower, hairdryer, towels, and baby cot. The apartment is also professionally cleaned in accordance with the Covid-19 regulations.
The place can comfortably host up to 5 people, including children.
The check-in and check-out process is flexible, but please notify us in advance so we will be able to prepare accordingly.
