From Nurse to Construction & Design, I have decided to share my homes with you as I embark on this journey! From Tampa to Jacksonville Beach, here I come!
My goal is always excellent client service. As a previous nurse, I have found hosting to be so rewarding in gearing towards the highest level of hospitality services!

If you are looking for a home away from home then this 💎New Remodel beach house 🏖🏡 is perfect for you!

The 🌟Brand New Kitchen 🌟has a mixture of styles that bring the open floor plan together so well!

There is plenty of room & amenities for family or friends!

The kitchen and living room have a ton of recessed lighting making it ✨beautiful & bright! 💫.

This 3 bedroom/1 bath home provides enough space for an entire family! You’ll have an entire patio and eating area outside to enjoy!
The space

This ✨beautiful remodeled home has a large living room with a sectional & 🖥 55” TV that has Sling (football 🏈)
Amazon Prime, Netflix, & LG cable.
Amazon Prime has Discovery Plus that has all the cable channels such as AE, ID, Discovery, HG, and so on.

-There is a dining table that expands out to have an even bigger table.
The island is large enough for 3 to eat as well.

Down the hall, to the left, you will find the Samsung washer and dryer. Then you will come to all the bedrooms.

Bedroom 1 has a Queen with a ☁️brand new memory foam top & ☁️pillow top twin XL mattress in it with a dresser and nightstand & large closet.

Bedroom 2 has a Queen with a brand new ☁️memory foam top & ☁️pillow top twin XL mattress in it with a nightstand and large closet.

Bedroom 3 has two pillow-topped twin mattresses in them with a vanity and a large closet.

There is a full New Remodeled bathroom that has a bathtub & brand new vanity and toilet!
The bedrooms and bath are supplied with different assortments of facial masks!
There are Neutrogena Makeup wipes and bathtub bombs.
There are all the little soaps, shampoos and etc' and if you have any specific requests, please don’t hesitate to let me know before you arrive!

There is a kitchen back door that leads to the outside patio where there is a large sectional and dining area (4 chairs) to eat.
There is a clothesline for all towels etc. from the beach! This also helps to shake the sand out.

✨The outdoor patio has 💫beautiful lighting set up that you can easily plugin or out by the left corner of the fence. ✨

The 💫ambiance is so relaxing at night and pictures just don’t do it! 🌟🎇🎇

There is a mosquito trap out there to help decrease the bugs.

Upon request, I will also provide a BBQ for you!
Guest access
All guests are to park on the Right of the driveway and pull all the way up. The front door is your private entrance and back kitchen door.
The front door has a keypad to enter the residence.

If you have more than 1-2 cars please park across the street or down the street.
There is free street parking.

The suite has the left side parking allowing 1 car and their private entrance is to the left. The backyard is also completely private and enclosed for you.

Other things to note
- As a previous nurse 🏨 I take your health very seriously. For this reason, the cleaning fee charged pays for 💎exceptional services💎 that clean Every Ounce of the home Every Single Time💦
The highest level of sanitizing standards is carefully carried out.
The home is thoroughly inspected and prepared for each and every one of you☺️

There is a permanent ⚡️UV light ⚡️installed into the HVAC system to continuously sanitize the air you breathe. ♻️

A HEPA-certified company just came out 7/28/21 to clean all HVAC ducts that is a yearly service. (See photos)

✨There is a private suite located to the left of the home. They have their own entrance and own patio area that is completely separate and private from this beach house.

Please respect each other’s privacy.

This 1 of a kind Rustic feel Beach Suite has a unique style all its own! ✨Many have described this suite as a “cozy safe haven”.

Until you see the place for yourself, especially at night, can you appreciate the true ambiance. 💫

The bathroom is brand new with ALL brand new features!
The kitchenette is another unique feature w/ elegant custom finishes!
Upon parking, you’re entering your private entrance filled with beautiful lighting leading to a private patio with even more lighting!! 🌟💫🎇
The space
If you are looking for a Relaxing, Mesmerizing, Private Cozy place to rest while in the area, this is the perfect place for you!
It’s small enough to be affordable but yet large enough to have plenty of space even with 3 guests!

This unique guest suite is perfect for 1-4 guests looking to enjoy the Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach, Jax Beach & Ponte Vedra!
There is such great fine dining as well!
The JTB (route 202) is very close as well to get to other areas such as the football 🏈 stadium and Riverside. The Mayo Clinic is also very close by.

You must see the suite ✨ lit up with the candles in the fireplace, on the table, and star 💫 minute lighting even over the bed that is so subtle but yet so charming.

This Rare Rustic Haven is definitely unique and most importantly, relaxing & something to remember.

The suite offers a Brand new full-size memory foam topped mattress & memory foamed queen sofa bed making the beds extra comfortable.
All sheets are brand new & 400 thread count leaving you sleeping 💤 peacefully!

I have provided a hanger rack for your clothes. There is also a shelf where you can keep items.
There is an ottoman that you can use for the living room area and also has a ton of storage.
The end barn table has a comforter & sheets stored in there for additional needs.

The kitchenette offers everything but a stove/oven. However, there is a toaster oven that can bake and broil as well. There is a brand new mini microwave.
There is a new air fryer that requires no use of oil.
Making it a healthier choice of cooking.

- You may also request the BBQ as well if you plan on cooking bigger meals. 🍗🍖
(If you would like to have subs and other lunch meals delivered to you, please let me know and we can discuss the options.)

- The Brand New Bathroom is large and spacious. The shower is 5x6 feet!!

You will find plenty of special amenities such as Shower steamers infused with stress relief aromas, facial masks, makeup removers, and so so much more !!

- If you need laundry done while staying and prefer not to go to a laundry mat.
This is a service I can provide to you!

- As a previous nurse, 💉🏨 your health is extremely important to me.
Now with my full dedication to serve as your host, I take above and beyond precautions to make sure you are enjoying a clean and sanitized suite.

✨For this reason, the cleaning fee pays for 💎Exceptional Services 💎 to clean Every Single Ounce of the suite Every Single Time.

I also provide sanitizing cleaning items and even individually wrapped masks for you.

All CDC guidelines are followed to clean and prepare your stay.
Everything is carefully checked and inspected prior to your arrival the way I would like my vacation rental to be.

⚡️⚡️I have installed a “Permanent UV light into the HVAC system” to continuously sanitize the system for all guests. ⚡️⚡️💥

The system has also been cleaned thoroughly by a HEPA-certified company and machine as of 7/28/2021 which is a yearly service. ⚡️

You do have central air but there is a Brand new window unit as the suite tends to be hotter than the rest of the house. The ac unit in the window is secured and screwed in leaving it extremely safe.

I have provided remote-controlled candles in the fireplace.
The fireplace is not prepared to be utilized as a wood-burning fireplace.
This is a feature that will arise in the winter months once completely ready and inspected for use!
Guest access
Guest parking is on the LEFT side of the driveway.
There is 1 car permitted & please pull your car all the way up and to the left.

(Please have any guests park across or down the street if there are more cars.)

The beach area is very strict on not blocking the sidewalk.

You have your own private gated entrance that is beautifully lit up at night.

*The parking is very important as the main home will need to park their car to the right side.

Other things to note
The back patio area is private due to a 6-foot fence that is installed to divide your unique space from the rest of the home.
✨With this, we ask for you to be respectful of the neighborhood with keeping the noise to a minimum after 9 pm.
The main home is separate from the suite.
We have ensured all guests have privacy. Please respect this privacy too.

- Being this is a suite, I ask you to please keep food in the living room area and not on the beds. With the August season, Florida attracts bugs especially with food items on the floor, etc.
