The Monument to the Constitution of 1812 is a monument in Cadiz, Spain that commemorates the Spanish Constitution of 1812. The monument is located in the Plaza de España, next to the Cathedral of Cadiz. The monument was designed by the architect Juan de Dios de la Peña and completed in 1814.
