Piazza Grande is the center of Arezzo, the main place for public events and a fantastic example of a historic square in Tuscany. Built during the 13th-century on a slope, the square has an unconventional shape of a trapeze. Piazza Grande is known not only for being Arezzo's entrancing historic center but due to its famous monthly Antique fair which take place at the square continuously since 1968.
