Madeleine Church, Paris

Église de la Madeleine is a Catholic church with very unique architecture. As not as other churches, Madeleine which was built from 1764 until 1842 in a Neo-Classical style, looks like a temple. Originally the church was supposed to adorn Napoleon's army, however, following his departure, the building converted into a church. The stately church is spacious, and the first thing you will notice is the high and imposing bronze doors. The church also has a large mosaic, nave, sculptures, and an organ from the middle of the 19th century.
