Contucci is a marvelous winery and vinyards which stay in the family for generations and centuries. The Contucci family had a vital role in the Montepulciano wine industry, even during Renaissance days. They were part of those who helped to create and developed the original Vino Nobile di Montepulciano wine, as was first documented in 1773.
